SCOR Module 01 · Concept of Operations
Decompose a space platform into the enumerated elements every later security finding attaches to.
About this course
This one-hour module is the first of the five functions of METEORSTORM (Multiple Environment Threat Exposure of Resources: Space Threats and Operational Risk to Missions), the resilient cyber operations framework for converged space platforms. You decompose a space platform top-down into its operating environments, segments, services, and assets, recording each as an enumerated element that names its parent. The result is one shared platform description, and the enumerated scope that regulatory mandates such as Executive Order 14144 and the NIS2 Directive apply to. Nothing is auditable until the scope exists as elements.
The session opens live on a Saturday, continues through one week of asynchronous instructor support, and closes with a virtual close-out the following Friday at 13:00 Eastern Time. Each module stands alone and may be taken independently.
